In June 2024, Les Rugissants celebrated Ukrainian musical and architectural heritage with the ARCHES series!
Those immersive events allowed participants to discover musical works from the Ukrainian sacred and secular repertoires, visit emblematic venues (Saint Sophie Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, Ukrainian Catholic Church of St-Michael’s, Ukrainian Catholic Holy Ghost Church, St. Basil the Great Ukrainian Catholic Church), and learn more about Ukrainian culture and its community, which has been present in the territory since the late 19th century.
