Recital

Kerson Leong

Kerson Leong  |  Violin

Kerson Leong took the music world by storm in 2010 by winning the coveted Junior First Prize at the prestigious Menuhin Competition. Ever since, the young Canadian violinist has astonished and won over both fellow musicians and audiences alike the world over with his rare and “supreme mastery” of his instrument (Le Devoir), his unmistakable tone, but also his unique ability to combine an honest, intellectual approach with raw intensity and spontaneity, resulting in a truly compelling musicality.

Recorded live at Montréal’s spectacular Salle Bourgie, the amazing 24-year-old violinist brings us an exclusive recital featuring virtuosic solo violin repertoire and novel arrangements of guitar works.
