Earl McCluskie received his formal music training at the University of Western Ontario in Theory and Composition, and recording training from the Sound Recording graduate program at McGill University.

As producer for Chestnut Hall Music, he has produced and engineered studio and live CDs, video recordings and live concert streams for many ensembles and performers including the Art of Time Ensemble, NYO Canada (with CBC’s Tom Allen), National Academy Orchestra with Boris Brott, the Musical Stage Company (Acting Up Stage), and the Juno-nominated recordings of Canadian composers Timothy Corlis and Leonard Enns.

Earl has recently launched canadaStreams.ca, an on-line web streaming portal that features Canadian performing artists and ensembles presenting their music to fans and audiences and showcasing Canadian culture.
